Shannon Fowler is an assistant professor with the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice. He received his Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University in 2007. Shannon’s research interests include prison sexual assault, criminological theory testing, and violence. He has previously taught courses such as research methods, statistics, criminology, and deviant behavior.
