Dr. Gould received her Ph.D. in Public Affairs (Criminal Justice track) from the University of Central Florida in 2008. Her dissertation examined classification and supervision issues for female offenders in the community corrections setting. Her research interests include gender and crime, corrections, and comparative penology. .
