Tony Love, Ph.D.

Assistant Professor

Tony Love is an assistant professor with the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Texas at Arlington. He received his Ph.D. in Sociology with concentration in Criminology and Social Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2012. His work centers on the social psychological aspects of deviance and criminal behavior. He has studied issues related to intimate partner violence, deviant adaptations to stress, and sibling co-offending. Tony has co-authored journal articles in the areas of intimate partner violence, cooperation during crisis situations, experimental research methods, and methods for studying group interaction.
