Service Learning Showcase

(APRIL 26, 2019  8:00 AM - 10:00 AM CARLISLE SUITE, UNIVERSITY CENTER)

Students - apply to present your service learning project at our annual Service Learning Showcase! It's an excellent opportunity to share the personal impact of your experience – marketable skills, personal growth, civic awareness - to an audience of UTA Faculty, Administrators, Staff, and Alumni.

Individual students and student teams will be selected from across disciplines to present diverse service learning projects to UTA faculty, administrators, staff, and local civic agencies at the annual Service Learning Showcase. These projects will highlight community engagement organized and completed as a service learning component within a UTA course during any semester between Summer 2018 - Spring 2019.

Students chosen must be available to present their service learning projects during the Showcase event.
A small scholarship will be awarded to presenters. Breakfast will be provided.
The event is sponsored by the Center for Service Learning.

Our next Showcase will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019.  Look for presenter applications to open in spring, 2019.
