Process and Reference:
A student may appeal a disciplinary action taken by the Office of Student Conduct by submitting a written appeal with specific reasons within 14 days after notification of sanction(s) assessed by the Conduct Oficer, or the decision of the Hearing Officer. The appeal of the hearing officer's decision shall be made to the Appeal Official per HOP Subchapter 9-600. Any disciplinary action will be placed on hold while the appeal is considered.
