OSD Concerns/Complaints

Any concerns regarding services in the Office for Students with Disabilities should first be discussed with the assigned OSD Counselor, if applicable.
If a satisfactory response is not received, then the next step should be to speak to the Director of OSD, Penny Acrey: pacrey@uta.edu.
If a satisfactory response is not received from the director, then Mike Knox, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, should be contacted: mjknox@uta.edu.
Finally, unresolved concerns/complaints should be directed to Dr. Frank Lamas, Vice President for Student Affairs: 817-272-6080.
