Kristina currently serves as the Assistant Director of Testing and Adaptive Technology in the Office for Students with Disabilities. She has been a sign
language interpreter since March, 1994 and has also been coordinating
accommodations for students with disabilities since 2000. She is
responsible for coordinating the proctoring of accommodated testing
for students registered with OSD. She is also responsible for coordinating
the alternative formats of books for individuals with print disabilities.
Kristina is the person within the OSD who is responsible for training
individuals on assistive technology. She has experience working
with technology such as JAWS, Inspiration, Kurzweil 3000, CCTVs,
alternative keyboards, etc.
Education includes the following:
- BAAS in the School of Public Affairs and Community Services from University of North Texas in Denton, TX (2006)
- AAS in Interpreting for the Deaf from Tarrant County Junior College in Fort Worth, TX (1995)
