Educational Technology Support Services offices are located in Room 278 of the Fine Arts Building. Office hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday. Our staff of highly trained and dedicated professionals is ready to assist you with your instructional and technology needs.

Gary Simonson |
Gary provides classroom level technical support, as well as ensuring that faculty and students enjoy the highest level of satisfaction when using technology for their educational goals and objectives. |

Don Lane |
Don’s primary responsibility is the day-to-day operation of the classroom video capture system on campus (ClassRev). The recording systems are installed in over 70 rooms on campus and in every classroom at the Fort Worth Center. Desktop software is also available for users to record modules from their office or home. Installation, training, and maintenance of the ClassRev system are performed by him. Don also supports the equipment in the classrooms, and aides in the design of audio/video systems. |

Terry ensures that the video network supporting instruction on campus is running at peak performance. He also schedules and provides training for the video conferencing equipment. |
