Graduate Students:
Graduate Research Assistant/Associate positions are available immediately. Qualified applicants should be enrolled in MS/PhD program in Electrical Engineering, Bioengineering, Materials Science, or related life sciences disciplines. Experience in a cleanroom environment like NanoFab Center, micro-fabrication and/or MEMS design.
Life sciences experiences and education is a big advantage. The projects could include design and fabrication of bio-sensors and biochips, and basic chemistry concepts. Interested candidates should send resume to Prof. Iqbal.
Undergraduate Students:
Undergraduate projects/studies are also available for highly motivated students to work on solid state biosensor research. Experience in micro-fabrication and/or design would be an asset. Life sciences experiences and education is a big advantage. The projects could include design and development of systems related to bio-sensors and biochips, and novel devices concepts.
