Right-click on the file you want to obtain.

Choose "Save Target As..." (Internet Explorer) or "Save As..." (Netscape)

Select your local folder for the file.

Left-click on the "Save" button.

When the file is on your local machine, open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

From the Adobe Acrobat Reader, Print the file.
N.B. You should not "left-click" on these files because that will cause the Adobe Acrobat Reader to attempt to open the file over the network. That will usually be slow and cumbersome, and often it won't work at all. Instead, follow the procedure outlined above (tested under Microsoft Explorer 5.5 and 6.0 as well as Netscape 6.1).
