A minor in EE (and major in engineering other than EE) will require 18 semester credit hours. Three 2000 level courses and one 3000 level course are required as outlined in the first list below. Two other 3000 level courses are required and must be selected from among the four courses appearing in the second list below.
Requirements for a Minor in Electrical Engineering
The following four courses must be completed with a grade of C or better in each:

EE 2315 Circuits I

EE 2446 Circuits II (with lab)

EE 2303 Electronics I

EE 2307 Electromagnetics I
and must complete two courses with a grade of C or better in each selected from among the following four:

EE 3302 Power Systems Fundamentals

EE 3317 Linear Systems

EE 3341 Digital Circuit Design (with lab)

EE 3444 Electronics II (with lab)
as well as all required prerequisites for the two chosen courses.
For non-engineering students, the following prerequisites would need to be fulfilled:

Mathematics 1426, 2425, 2326, 3319 and Physics 1443, 1444.
