MS and PhD Fellowships

UTA Offers 2 year fellowships for MS students and 4 year fellowships for PhD Students entering either of those programs during the fall of 2008 or spring of 2009. Students who have applied and been accepted will be considered automatically. Applications for admission should be completed as soon as possible because awards are limited.

Graduate Dean Master’s Fellowships: (4 semesters @ $500/semester)

Candidates must be students new to a UTA MS graduate program in Fall 2008, must have a GPA of 3.0 in their last 60 undergraduate credit hours plus any graduate credit hours of 3.0, and must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours in courses related to their programs of work in both long semesters to retain their fellowships.

Graduate Dean Doctoral Fellowships: (8 semesters @ $1000/semester)

Candidates must be students new to a UTA PhD graduate program in Fall 2008, must have a GPA of 3.25 in their last 60 undergraduate credit hours plus any graduate credit hours of 3.25, and must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours in courses related to their programs of work in both long semesters to retain their fellowships.
