For employees not signed up for direct deposit, this email contains important information on how to pick up your paycheck, beginning Friday, March 20.
Semimonthly payday: On Friday, March 20, Payroll Services will be open for check pickup from 8 a.m. to 1 pm. The office will also be open on March 23, March 25 and March 27 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The office is located in the J.D. Wetsel Building, 1225 W. Mitchell St.
All future paydays will follow the same pattern, with Payroll Services open on payday itself from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the immediate Monday, Wednesday, and Friday that follows.
Example: The next monthly payday is April 1st, and Payroll Services will be open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. For that pay cycle, Payroll Services will also be open on:
- Friday April 3rd, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Monday April 6th, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Wednesday April 8th, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Sign up for direct deposit
To expedite your receipt of payroll and avoid unnecessary physical contact, please consider signing up for direct deposit into your bank or savings account. Read the instructions regarding Employee Self-Service options, which include Direct Deposit enrollment.
