Dear UTA alumni,

This week UTA alumni have another reason to celebrate as the University achieved a R1 Carnegie Classification as a “highest research activity” university. The ranking places UTA among the best of the best. We’re also cheering on the Mavs basketball teams as they prepare for tournament play and will be welcoming back baseball alumni this Saturday at the First Pitch Fundraiser. Help us celebrate your accomplishments by contacting utacommunications@uta.edu with your UTA success stories. Here’s what else is happening on campus this week. Go Mavs!
