Bachelor's degree in construction management to meet growing workforce demands

UTA now offers a bachelor's degree in construction management to help meet increasing workforce demands in the bustling, construction-laden North Texas area. The degree is the only one of its kind in the region and has been approved by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. UTA introduced a Master of Science degree in construction engineering in 2014. Both are part of the Civil Engineering Department in the College of Engineering. LEARN MORE.

Learn about supervisor and employee responsibilities, required forms, medical treatment, and other aspects of the Workers Compensation program 10-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 7, in the Bluebonnet Ballroom of the E.H. Hereford University Center. RSVP to workerscompensation@uta.edu by Monday, Feb. 27. Representatives from the UTA Environmental Health and Safety Office, the UT System Office of Risk Management, Cannon Cochran Management Systems Inc., and Injury Management Organization will speak and answer questions.
