Fun and information mix for UTA's daily events at Main St. Arts Festival in downtown Fort Worth

UTA offers something different every day at this year's Main St. Arts Festival with exciting presentations and fun experiences. The fair is Thursday-Sunday, April 20-23, along Main Street in downtown Fort Worth. Attendance is free.

The only four-year university at the festival, UTA will have an exhibit tent at Fourth and Main streets. Watch 3-D printing on Thursday or robotics demonstrations Friday. Play “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?” on Saturday and participate in health screenings and science experiments Sunday. Listen to performances by UTA jazz bands Saturday and Sunday. LEARN MORE.

New group for female faculty, staff meets today

The new Women Faculty and Staff Network (WFSN) group meets at 3 p.m. today, Wednesday, April 19, at the Dan Dipert University Welcome Center, 580 S. Center St. Membership is open to any faculty member or professional staff member.


Register for Administrative Professionals Day luncheon

The annual Administrative Professionals Day vendors fair and luncheon is Wednesday, April 26, in the Bluebonnet Ballroom of the E.H. Hereford University Center. The fair is 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and includes vendors, giveaways, prizes, networking, and music. RSVP by Thursday, April 20.
