Parking permit fees announced for 2017-18

Faculty and staff general parking permits will increase $3 per month for 2017-18. Faculty and staff surface lot reserved permits will increase $8.33 per month. All permits are available for sale starting Tuesday, Aug. 1. See all permit and rate options. More details are at Parking and Transportation Services at uta.edu/pats.

Annual Enrollment starts Saturday; Benefits Fair on Tuesday

Annual Enrollment for UT System benefits runs Saturday, July 15-Monday, July 31. Employees can expect no rate increases in 2017-18 for the UT Select medical plan, voluntary benefits, and disability plans. See the Annual Enrollment and Resource Guide.

Free health checkup

Register this week for free health checkups for UT Select medical plan members. Catapult Health will administer the checkups 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday, July 18, at the Maverick Activities Center. Go to timeconfirm.com/UTA to schedule an appointment for a comprehensive personal health report and a one-on-one virtual consult with a nurse practitioner. Procurement deadline Friday for 2016-17 requisitions

All requisitions of $15,000 or more for fiscal year 2016-17 funds must be approved in UT Share and received by Procurement Services by 5 p.m. Friday, July 14. Requisitions received after the deadline will be processed after Friday, Sept. 1, using fiscal year 2017-18 funds. Questions? Contact your department buyer in Procurement Services.

Archive, delete old emails for move to O365 Exchange Online
