Good faculty/student ratio, they have time to answer your questions; lots of learning resources; student diversity

Dr. James Leininger, a senior lecturer
What activities do you participate in outside of class?
Public Relations Officer for the SHPE student chapter, Community Outreach Chair for the ASCE student chapter, member of the concrete canoe and steel bridge building teams
What are your plans after you graduate?
Find a job as a project manager in a big construction company while working toward my master’s.
What one thing would you tell to prospective Maverick engineers?
Engineering is a hard subject, but you can accomplish anything.
