Keith Weiss has more than 35 years of experience with TI/Raytheon. As the Six Sigma manager and lead enterprise expert, he assists thousands of engineers, technicians, managers and operators in the efficient design, development, production and support of sensor systems. These capabilities support our military forces with the most state-of-the-art radar products, services, and actionable information to the warfighter.

Mr. Weiss is Raytheon’s Point of Contact for research programs on the Lean Advancement Initiative. This is a research-based program at M.I.T. for defining lean enterprises in conjunction with the Sloan School of Management and the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics. His previous assignments include Antenna/Nonmetallics Department Manager, HARM Material Team Leader, Harpoon Material and Manufacturing Manager, Air Traffic Control Operations Manager, and varied assignments responsible for manufacturing engineering and programs.

In 2006, Mr. Weiss received the Excellence in Quality Award from Raytheon. In 2007, he received the R6S® Celebration finalist selection for Space and Airborne Systems. Most recently, he was certified as a Raytheon Six Sigma Master Expert.

Mr. Weiss founded the Weiss Family Endowed Scholarship for Engineering at UT Arlington in 2006.
