Ticket Information
All candidates for graduation are encouraged to invite their family and friends to help them celebrate this significant milestone and momentous occasion. All family and other guests over the age of two must have a commencement ticket to attend the ceremony.
Each registrant will initially be allotted five (5) tickets. An additional five (5) tickets will be available to you through the ticketing system if you need them. You will receive an e-mail with a confidential username and password and instructions to access the ticket site at www.utagraduationtickets.com. Your tickets will download to your computer and you will be responsible for printing them. IF EXTRA TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL AND THEY WILL BE DISTRIBUTED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
- From the date that the e-mail is sent until one hour
before your commencement ceremony, you will be able to download the
designated number of guest tickets at www.utagraduationtickets.com.
Please download only the actual number of guest tickets that you will
use. Those you do not intend to use may be donated to other graduates
through the ticketing Web site (automated).
- ALL GUEST TICKETS MUST BE CLAIMED AND PRINTED IN ADVANCE. NO TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT COLLEGE PARK CENTER.
- No UT Arlington IDs will be accepted in place of a ticket for admittance.
- Guests are encouraged to arrive early to ensure proper seating. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the ceremony and live music will be provided by the UT Arlington Jazz Ensemble.
