Lifestyles » Weddings Meagan Miller and Matthew Carroll were united in marriage
at 6 p.m. Saturday, June 6, 2009, at the First United Methodist Church in
Arlington. The Rev. Jill Jackson-Sears officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Julie Miller of Grand Prairie and the late
Ronald Miller of Irving, the granddaughter of Eileen Otts of Irving and
Nancy Woods of Euless, and the great-granddaughter of Ruth Woods of Grand
Prairie.
The groom is the son of Don and Debbie Carroll of Grand
Prairie and the grandson of July Underwood of South Hadley,
Mass.
The bride chose Shannon Miller of Grand Prairie as her maid
of honor. Bridesmaids were Jamie Hefner of Irving, Ana Wileman of Grand
Prairie and Veronica Rendon of Arlington. The flower girl was Rhiannon
Hurd of South Hadley.
The best man was Joe Guzman of Arlington.
Groomsmen were Ryan Couch of Plano, Chris Harrison of Houston and Bryson
Pare of Arlington. The ring bearer was Shane Raney of Chicopee,
Mass.
The bride wore a strapless, sweetheart-style, A-line gown
featuring an asymmetrical, slim waistline and a corset tie back with a
chapel-length train edged with scalloped lace.
The bride is a 2004
graduate of Grand Prairie High School and is a junior at The University of
Arlington, majoring in elementary education.
The groom is a 2004
graduate of Grand Prairie High School and a 2009 graduate of The
University of Texas at Arlington, earning an aerospace engineering
degree.
Following a honeymoon trip to Mayan Riviera, the couple will reside in
Euless.
