Current Research:

Dr. Lowry’s research interests include GTA training, integrating common reading texts into FYE courses, and using literacy narratives in FYE courses. She is also currently working on research and creative nonfiction projects on Ruth Millett, a nationally syndicated columnist who wrote from 1938-1968.
