The UTA English Department offers a Masters and a Ph.D. in English, with two doctoral tracks (in Rhetoric and in Literature). Each 30-hour doctoral track includes an option that allows students to take 9 hours of the 30 in the other track or 6 hours of the 30 in Criticism.
