Title: The Primetime Professoriate: Representations of Faculty on Television
Abstract: This study investigates the portrait of faculty depicted in 10 primetime series that were set on college campuses and aired between 1998-2010. The portrait encompasses four-year institutions and community colleges.
ELPS Research Conversations are informal seminars in which faculty members freely discuss their ongoing research topics (e.g., conference presentation, paper to be submitted for publication, research methods, current or future research projects, etc).
