Your application to UT Arlington? Complete!

New Maverick Orientation? Done!

Meeting with your advisor, registering for your classes, and getting your Maverick ID? Check, check, and check!

So now what?

Now it is time to start thinking about what your college experience will really be like. What should you expect in your classes? What will your faculty expect of you? And how do you get prepared to meet those expectations? The answers to these questions can be found at Success U, where you'll learn the secrets to achieving your goals. Success U provides freshmen the opportunity to learn first hand from faculty and staff about the skills needed to achieve academic success in college and participate in hands-on programs that will help ease that first year anxiety. Along with refresher courses in science and math, students will discover how to take notes from college faculty, how to study for exams, and how to earn the grades needed to succeed in your major. Additionally, you'll get the opportunity to participate in UT Arlington's new student convocation, MavsMeet.

In college, no one succeeds without a little help. So join us for this uniquely specialized opportunity to learn all of the inside tips and tricks to guarantee college success at UT Arlington.
