LUNAFEST, the festival of short films by, for, and about women, returns to UTA on Thursday October 18, at 7pm, in the Lonestar Auditorium (MAC). The nine films celebrate the unique, touching, and inspirational roles of women in our local, national, and international communities. A preview of the films may be screened at http://www.lunafest.org/

Tickets are $5 for students; $10 for faculty, staff, and general admission. Tickets may be purchased in advance at http://www.lunafest.org/arlington1018/ Cash only at the door. Proceeds go to the Breast Cancer Fund and the Women's & Gender Studies Program.
