Hispanic Heritage Month Movie Night (Arts & Culture - UT Arlington and Community)
Our feature film, "Stand and Deliver," is the compelling true-life story of East Los Angeles calculus high school teacher Jaime Escalante (Edward James Olmos) who surmounted overwhelming odds in his efforts to inspire and educate his students. Don't forget that popcorn will be available for all in attendance! Admission is free and open to the public. Hosted by the Multicultural Mavericks.
