  UTA Symphony Orchestra & Chorus at Dallas City Performance Hall  
(Arts & Culture - UT Arlington and Community)

The University of Texas at Arlington Symphony Orchestra and A Cappella Choir take the stage at the Dallas City Performance Hall in a performance of works by Dvorak, Gershwin, and Respighi. Featured soloist on the concert will be UT Arlington piano professor Dr. John Solomons, who will perform Gershwin's Concerto in F for piano and orchestra.

The A Cappella Choir, conducted by Dr. Karen Kenaston-French, will perform Dvorak's Te Deum, featuring UTA faculty members Dr. Soo-Hong Kim and Dr. David Grogan. They will be joined by the UT Arlington Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Dr. Clifton Evans.

The UTASO will close the concert with Respighi's resplendent Pines of Rome, complete with antiphonal brass.

All tickets are $10 and may be purchased at UTAtickets.com.

The 750-seat Dallas City Performance Hall is located at 2520 Flora Street, Dallas Texas, 75201 in the Arts District of downtown Dallas, adjacent to the Winspear Opera House and the Wyly Theatre. Parking is available in the area.
