Mary Paster


Mary Paster is Associate Professor and Chair of Linguistics and Cognitive Science at Pomona College in Claremont, California. She is a phonologist with interests in morphology and phonetics. She works primarily on the description of lesser-known languages of Subsaharan Africa, particularly tone languages, but also has an interest in Native American languages.
