Laura C. Robinson


Laura C. Robinson has taught at the University of California Santa Barbara, the University of Alaska, Rice University, and the University of Hawai'i, including teaching courses on grammar-writing and field methods. She has conducted linguistic fieldwork in the Philippines and Indonesia, and has written a grammar of Dupaningan Agta, a language spoken in the northern Philippines. She has also been actively involved with training native speakers of endangered languages to do language documentation, particularly at the Language Documentation Training Center at the University of Hawai'i, Manoa.
