"Video Games and Violence" - Examines linkages between the prevalence of video gaming and the incidence of violent crimes in the US.

"Teen Access to the Internet, and Porn, and their Sexual Behaviors" (with Jeff DeSimone) - When teens obtain access to the Internet, their ability to obtain previously taboo information is enhanced greatly.  These virtual activities could lead to more offline experimentation or could substitute for physical activities. 

"Word of Mouth Advertising" (with Avi Goldfarb and Andrea Wojnicki) - Empirical examination testing whether consumers conversing with people in cities experiencing a new brand introduction are themselves more likely to adopt the brand in their own geographic market.

"Evidence of Creative Destruction from Pharmaceutical Patent Citation Patterns" (with Darshak Patel) - Examines the effects of future patent citations on cited firms' and competing firms' profitability.

"The Effect of the Internet on Citation Patterns in Economics" (with Craig Depken and Brandon Eubank) - Examines how researchers' citation behaviors were affected by having research available on the Internet.
