This midterm covered chapters 4-6. Closed books, closed notes, calculators are allowed (but will not be necessary).
We'll had a review in class on November 16.
Practice exam with solutions. [Update: typo in solution of problem 9 corrected. But there might be other typos, be careful!]
Also, for practice, go over exercisess in all homeworks. If only one part of an exercise was assigned, look at other parts too.
