Professor Greetings! As a professor here at UTA, my goal is to support education and research opportunities as they relate to operations management as well as raise awareness of the opportunities that exist within the field of operations management. I received my Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology (otherwise known as Georgia Tech) in 2003. I received both my B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University (GO TIGERS!!!). During the time between earning my M.S. and Ph.D. degrees, I spent several years working in industry within operations management settings. My teaching and research interests are in operations and supply chain management, information technology applications in value chain management, and service operations.
