Photonic Device Group led by Dr. Zhou at the University of Texas at Arlington is constantly looking for highly motivated students to join, such as PhD students or post-doctoral research associates with possible financial support. The desired experiences including general areas of photonic device modeling, design, fabrication and testing. Experience with infrared sensors, optical thin films, microcavities, and photonic crystals are a plus.

We are also looking for highly motivated students and/or post-graduate researchers with US Citizenship/residency to carry out collaborative research projects with US national laboratories and to work at these labs.
