Overview

The UT Arlington/Fort Worth Center offered its first MBA cohort in the fall of 1999 at the University's Robotics Institute in an effort to meet the workforce needs of Tarrant County and Fort Worth. Subsequently, the Fort Worth Center has added graduate programming in a variety of disciplines averaging one new program per year. The Center also provides an opportunity for Undergraduates to complete a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management at select Tarrant County College campuses. Professional development programming at the Center addresses non-credit educational needs in our community.

Fort Worth Center Santa Fe Station

The Fort Worth Center is dedicated to providing facilities and resources for our stakeholders in the Fort Worth community.

Beginning in January 2007, the new and expanded headquarters for the UT Arlington/Fort Worth Center is located in the historic Santa Fe Freight Building in downtown Fort Worth. The 68-year-old Santa Fe Freight Building was most recently the Fort Worth Rail Market, which until 2005, housed a variety of shops, restaurants, and a Farmer's Market. UT Arlington/Fort Worth Center occupies approximately 25,000 square feet in the historic building, including 15,000 square feet of classroom and support space on the ground floor. The Santa Fe Freight House renovation for the UT Arlington/Fort Worth Center was selected by the members of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) as Project of the Year in March 2007.
