Program Description

The University of Texas at Arlington’s program leading to a Master of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice offers a comprehensive examination of the criminal justice system with special emphasis on management, personnel and administration. The curriculum is designed to be relevant and balance academic theory with existing practices within the criminal justice system. This program is ideal for criminal justice professionals who wish to further their career with advanced management education and the enhanced ability to exhibit leadership and critical thinking.

• Non-thesis Master of Arts program offered exclusively at the UT Arlington Fort Worth Center.
• 36 hour program designed in consecutive and accelerated 5 week courses allowing the completion of your degree in just 24 months.
• Classes meet Monday and Wednesday evenings.
• GRE substitution available.
• Cohort design allows students the opportunity to exchange ideas and network with fellow professionals in the industry.
