Application Procedures

1. Apply online at the Graduate Admission Center
2. Appropriate application fee
3. Official transcripts from all academic institutions you have previously attended
4. GMAT or GRE scores OR
   GMAT or GRE Waiver -- The program advisor can waive the GRE/GMAT requirement if you have successfully completed the Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development with an overall GPA of 3.5 or higher.
5. Three letters of recommendation
6. A personal statement of the reasons you want to pursue a graduate degree in Real Estate.
