More than ever, ethical decision making is more than a code of conduct and regulations. It is the creation of an organizational culture of making ethical choices, and an awareness of what constitutes ethical and unethical behavior. This program explores the current ethics issues in organizations and the importance for creating ethical integrity.
What you will learn:
  1. Develop skills needed to make better ethical decisions
  2. Learn ways that help build ethical integrity for all employees of an organization
  3. Understand ways to recognize and confront ethical issues in the organization
  4. Benchmark organizations who have achieved strong ethical integrity, and analyze those who have weak ethical integrity
  5. Recognize the importance of an organization-wide Code of Ethics
