In any organization, it is crucial to communicate effectively with managers, peers, employees and customers. What happens when communication breaks down? This hands-on workshop lets you practice skills for communicating with others that can enhance your effectiveness even during difficult conversations.
What you will learn:
  1. Learn the different communication styles and how/when they can be used effectively
  2. Learn techniques to be a better listener
  3. Understand the interpretation of non-verbal communication signals
  4. Understand the communication flow (up, down, lateral) in organizations
