Leadership involves more than just managing other people. It is about building effective teams, creating vision and inspiration, and about getting the results that make your organization great. To do this, it is important to know about your own leadership style. This session utilizes the MBTI ® as a foundation for developing leadership skills.
What you will learn:
  1. Using MBTI ® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) determine your personality preferences
  2. Learn how to use your MBTI preferences more effectively in working with teams, managers, employees, and peers
  3. Understand ways to use MBTI in negotiations and critical situations
