Many of the workplace issues challenging women revolve around gender. How do women go beyond their present career goals to excel in positions of higher leadership and responsibility? This three-day program explores some of the issues for women, and offers methods and strategies for building a satisfying and rewarding career path.
What you will learn:
  1. Understand the role of women in the workplace, and how to leverage strengths into opportunities now and in the future.
  2. Learn how to build your personal brand through improved communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
  3. Learn ways to create a professional image and executive presence.
  4. Explore methods for enhancing leadership skills and for achieving new career goals.
  5. Develop methods to cope with stress and fatigue, while maintaining a balance of life/work.
  6. Create a forum for networking and mentoring for women in leadership roles.
