Merlynd Nestell, Professor, Ph.D., Oregon State University, 1966. Current research interests include: 1) Biostratigraphy of Cordilleran Accreted Terranes, Sonora, Mexico to British Columbia, Canada; 2) Mid-continent Late Pennsylvanian/Early Permian cyclical strata with emphasis on the biostratigraphic distribution of foraminifers and conodonts; 3) Microcrinoids of the Cretaceous.
