Rae Lynn joined the University of Texas at Arlington in 2005 and transferred from the Division of Student Affairs to the Office of Development in 2007. She and her husband owned and operated a restaurant in Fort Worth for five years, after which she worked as an instructional aide and technology assistant at St. John the Apostle Catholic School.
