Annual giving is an important source of private support to The University of Texas at Arlington. There are many reasons that your annual gift is important, but two are particularly meaningful. First, annual gifts are largely unrestricted, which means your gift can go directly toward priorities for the University and its colleges, schools and programs. Second, annual giving is just that — annual. By making contributions from year to year, alumni, parents, and friends provide a consistent stream of support for academic and student-life programs.
Annual gifts can support any of the colleges, schools, or support the University as a whole. Additional priorities for annual gifts are to the Mav Club, the libraries and many programs and initiatives that directly benefit UT Arlington students.
Leadership participation in annual giving is recognized by the 1895 Society, which honors donors who contribute $1,000 or more in a single fiscal year, September 1 to August 31.
