Graduate Student Senate
The Graduate Student Senate (GSS) is the representative body for graduate and professional students on campus – advocating for the needs, interests, and concerns of graduate students at UT Arlington. Representatives of the GSS serve on more than twenty university committees making sure that graduate students’ concerns are heard throughout the university. But they do more than that. The GSS unites graduate students across UT Arlington. They offer funding for travel to do research or to present at conferences through the Travel Award of the Graduate Student Senate (TAGSS). They present workshops and guest speakers who can help you with your life at UT Arlington in addition to preparing you for your career. They also understand how hectic graduate life can be, and they have social activities to help you unwind. Looking for an easy way to get involved on campus and meet some great people, then the GSS is perfect for you!
Do you have questions or concerns you would like to see addressed by the GSS? There are a couple of ways to get your concerns addressed.
