Beginning January 2004, it is MANDATORY for ALL Non-US Citizen/Non-Permanent Resident students to complete a TB skin test in order to enroll for classes.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN A DELAY OF YOUR REGISTRATION!!

No appointment is necessary. All those tested MUST return within 48-72 hours later to have the test result interpreted. Failure to return within the allotted time period will invalidate the test and require repeat testing at least 10 days after the original screening at an additional charge of $10.00 to the student.

If the skin test is negative, the registration hold will be removed and the process completed. If the skin test is positive, a chest x-ray is required. This can be performed at the Health Center for a charge of $50.00 and may be covered by the Student Health Insurance (Mega Life and Health Insurance Company).
