Our laboratory is accredited biannually by the federal government under the Clinical Laboratory Information Act (CLIA). The three medical technologists employed by our laboratory are registered by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.

• We accept outside physician orders for laboratory examinations.
• If the examination you need requires fasting or another special consideration, please call ahead for details.
• For information about test prices for sexually-transmitted diseases (ie. HIV/AIDS, herpes, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Hepatitis), please see one of our physicians. Test prices vary; therefore it is advantageous to consult a physician for required tests.

NOTE: HIV/AIDS testing requires pre and post-test counseling, please call for an appointment (817-272-2771).

• Laboratory results are given to the patient in-person by a provider. In order to maintain confidentiality and protect your information, no results will be given over the telephone or via e-mail.
