Honors Study Abroad : Greece 2003

Join other UTA students and Professors Karl Petruso and Charlie Chiasson for Study Abroad in Greece, Summer I, 2003.
Experience the pleasure of living and learning in an international setting, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Hilights of the program include:
- Receive 6 hours in UTA transfer credit.
- Team-taught by Karl Petruso (Anthropology) and Charlie Chiasson (Classics).
- Sites to be studied include include: Ancient sites in Athens, Marathon, Knossos, Phaistos, Franchthi Cave (inhabited 20,000 years ago), Mycenae, Olympia and Delphi.

Program Information

Program Dates:: May 28 - June 15, 2003 (5-week Summer I semester)
Program Cost: Total cost will vary, $350 deposit required by April 1st, 2003.
Courses: ANTH 4322: Topography and Monuments of Ancient Greece, CLAS 4335: Greek Mythology and Civilization
Orientation Sessions: Two manditory sessions, prior to departure in May. Dates will be announced.
