Honors Study Abroad : Greece 2010
Join other UTA students and Professors Karl Petruso and Charles Chiasson for Study Abroad in Greece, Summer I, 2010.
Experience the pleasure of living and learning in an international setting, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Highlights of the program include:
  • Receive 6 hours of upper-level UT Arlington credit (two courses).
  • Team-taught by Karl Petruso (Anthropology) and Charles Chiasson (Classics).
  • Participants will travel extensively in southern Greece. Sites to be studied include include: Ancient sites in Athens, Marathon, Knossos, Phaistos, Franchthi Cave (inhabited 20,000 years ago), Mycenae, Olympia and Delphi.

Program Dates: May 26 - June 12, 2010 (5-week Summer I semester)

Program Cost: $1,500: a $500 deposit to be included with your application, and the remainder only after you are accepted into the program. Program cost does not include airfare, tuition, lunches and most dinners.
