All the conference events on Friday will be held on the UT Arlington campus. UT Arlington shuttle buses will travel between the Arlington Hilton and the campus starting at 12 noon. They will run continuously throughout the afternoon until approximately 6:00 p.m. Please be aware that April 1 is the opening day for the Texas Rangers at the Ballpark in Arlington. Traffic will be very heavy around that area of the city so you might want to avoid it if possible.

For those of you who are flying in to DFW, the phone number of the Arlington Hilton is 817-640-3322. You may call for a free hotel shuttle ride.

The Parking Office has allowed participants to park in Student Parking Lot 38, a short distance from the University Center, north on Oak Street. After 5:00 pm, all of the student and faculty/staff lots are available and are available all day on weekends. Please observe reserved and designated special parking spaces. The Campus Map page also has links for driving directions from local airports.
